Our 10 Gallon Barrel is built from 84 month air dried export grade American White Oak. We use traditional French Coopering methods to build our 10 Gallon spirit barrel. We fire bend and low temperature hand toast before the final char process.
Our horizontal charring and toasting technology provides extremely accurate temperature controls delivering consistent char and toast levels from spirit barrel to spirit barrel, order to order.
We offer levels 1 (light), 2 (medium), 3 (medium plus) & 4 (heavy) char, but our current offer only includes level 3 char.
